At George’s, we believe great food is in the details. While there are many details we hold in high regard, one of the highest we focus on is the safety and well-being of our team members who help us to produce great food every day.
So far this year, both our Springdale Processing and Springdale Further Processing facilities have reached large safety milestones. Our Porter Street Further Processing plant, led by Plant Manager Brian Lloyd, reached 2 million hours without a lost time injury in February. Our Kansas Street Processing, led by Plant Manager David Keith, reached 3 million hours without a lost time injury in March. Robert Garlington, Vice President of Operations at George’s, Inc. said, “Our people make the difference, and we are proud to keep them safe!”
